I believe that libraries as a real tangible place do have a future. With the proliferation of online resources often people come to my library as a last resort. After a brief interview I am usually able to help in just a minute or 2. I think people will rely on librarians to help them unravel the web of resources for years to come.

As the largest generation ever ages they will find themselves needing companionship and libraries will fill that void with educational workshops, and events.
